The Not Today Club

For the days you’ve got it together… and the days you really don’t.

I used to really struggle with overwhelm, burnout, having no boundaries, and completely losing myself in everyone else’s noise.

Until one day I hit a brick wall.

I walked away from a 19-year relationship and a 13-year career in childcare. The last 3 years of that was running my own successful childminding business, which I actually loved… but enough was enough. Something had to change, because nobody was coming to save me.

And even though I walked away from that relationship at the time, we both went on to do a lot of healing individually… and eventually came back to each other in a completely different, healthier way.

I remember sitting on the floor with the children playing around me, and all I could think about was completely walking away from my life. I replayed it in my mind over and over — how it would feel, what it would look like, the calm I was craving.

Now I know I was manifesting, even when I didn’t realise it. The power of visualisation was my way of taking my power back, even then.

Since then, I’ve done a lot of work on myself. Slowing down, rebuilding my self-worth, and learning how to actually listen to myself instead of everything going on around me.

And one thing I realised...

Some days your head’s just so full, you’ve got loads going on, but you don’t really have anywhere to put it. Well… this is your space for that.

Not another course or something to keep up with, and definitely not a space where you have to show up as your best self. Just somewhere you can be your everyday self.

Each Friday, I’ll drop in with a members-only blog via email. Some weeks I’ll share what’s been going on for me, some weeks it might be something that’s helped, and some weeks it’ll just be one of those “not today” kind of moods.

But more than anything… this is a two-way space.

This space came from the replies I love getting to my emails. I wanted to create something more private, where you can actually connect. Because sometimes we all just need that one person who listens — without judgement, without pressure, and without trying to fix everything. Just someone on the other end who gets it. You can reply to my emails if you want to share something your going through or just to offload and have a rant. I will always reply.

Because sometimes you don’t need more advice… you just need to feel a little less alone.

Alongside that, each month I’ll share little extras — things like guided meditations, simple personal growth workbooks, or podcast-style audios you can listen to when you need them.

I’ll also host the occasional relaxed Zoom meet-up within the club *— sometimes just to chat and connect, sometimes for something a bit more guided or even something light and fun.

Over time, there’ll be opportunities to connect in person too*… through relaxed “Not Today” club sessions. A chance to come together, chat, and feel part of something in real life as well.

There’s also the option to join the Whattsapp group for club members to connect and so you don't miss the info for the zoom meet ups and in person sessions.
