The Not Today Club

For the days you’ve got it together… and the days you really don’t.

If you’re here, chances are you’re tired… or just feeling a bit off in some kind of way.

And I don’t just mean physically tired (although you might be that too). I mean emotionally tired. Like when your head just doesn’t switch off and keeps circling the same stress, worries, and uncertainties… sometimes to the point where you feel like you’re just getting through each day.

You might feel like something needs to change, but you don’t know where to even start. Or maybe you do know, roughly… but you just need that bit of support to get going — someone to walk alongside you.

There might even be a little part of you that just thinks… no… not today.

Not today to the stress that never switches off.
Not today to running on empty.
Not today to overthinking everything.
Not today to saying yes when you actually mean no.
Not today to putting yourself last.
Not today to the constant mental noise.
Not today to the past that still creeps in or the future that hasn’t even happened yet.
Not today to repeating the same patterns that drain you.
Not today to ignoring what you actually need.
Not today to carrying things that were never yours to carry.

You get what I’m saying, don’t you?

This isn’t just about mindset.

You can tell yourself to think differently all day long, but if your body’s overwhelmed and your nervous system is constantly on edge, it doesn’t really change how you feel.

That’s why this space is more holistic.

We look at everything — your emotional, environmental, spiritual, social, financial, occupational, physical, and mental wellbeing.

Because it’s all connected.

Some days you might need to talk things through and get clear.
Some days you might need to write things out and actually understand what’s going on for you.
Some days you just need your mind to slow down… even for a few minutes.
And other days, you might need something a bit deeper.

Sometimes… you might just need connection.

What’s You Can Access Inside The Not Today Club?

This isn’t something you join and then feel like you’ve got loads to keep up with.

It’s support you can come back to, in different ways, depending on what you need at the time.

Weekly Friday Blog via Email
A weekly check-in from me — sometimes sharing what’s been going on, sometimes something that might help you, and sometimes just one of those “not today” kind of moods.

A Space to Reply & Be Heard
You can reply to any email — whether you need to offload, share something you’re going through, or just have a rant. I will always reply.

Monthly Extras
Things like guided meditations, simple workbooks, or podcast-style audios you can listen to when you need them.

Treatment Discounts
10% off any treatment sessions booked.

Book Club
A relaxed book club where you choose something that actually interests you — self-development or learning something completely different like gardening, money, health, or anything you feel drawn to.

Once a month, we’ll meet on Zoom and share what stood out to us — a paragraph, a shift in thinking, or something that inspired us. There’s no pressure to speak. You can just listen and take in what others share.

Coffee Mornings

There’ll also be opportunities to meet in person through relaxed “Not Today Club coffee mornings.”

Nothing formal — just a chance to come together, chat, and feel connected in real life too.

Sunday Reset Room Workshops

These are workshops that cover different aspects of holistic wellness, to help you create more balance in your life.

Each session will be slightly different, depending on what feels needed at the time — giving you space to reset, reflect, and get a bit more clear on where you’re heading.

Members get access at a reduced rate, with sessions available to non-members too.

Walk & Talk

If you just need to get out, clear your head, and have a bit of a chat… this is for you.

Occasionally we meet up at different locations and just have a good old natter whilst we walk.

Whattsapp Community

There’s also the option to join the WhatsApp group if you want to feel a bit more connected.

It’s just a simple space to stay in the loop, hear what’s coming up, and feel part of things… without any pressure to be active all the time.

This is just the starting point — everything else builds from here.

BOOK CLUB
A relaxed space to read, share, and feel inspired

This isn’t your typical book club where everyone reads the same thing. You choose a book that actually interests you. It might be something around self-development, or it could be something completely different your learning like gardening, money, health, fitness… anything you feel drawn to at the time.

We’ll meet on Zoom and just share what stood out to us. That might be a paragraph, a shift in thinking, something that inspired you, or even something you’ve tried in your own life that’s actually made a difference.

There’s no pressure to speak if you don’t want to. You can just listen and take in what others share.

Sometimes hearing what’s helped someone else is exactly what you didn’t know you needed.

Thursday 4th June | 7pm

Members can join free as part of the club. Non-members can join for £5 per month. (But you might as well just join the club as it's just the same price.)

Walk & Talk
A relaxed walk, fresh air, and great conversation

A chance to get out, move your body, and have a chat along the way.

Just walking, chatting naturally, or even just enjoying the fresh air if that’s what you need. There may be a few question prompts from time to time but there's no pressure to do anything you don't want to.

Sometimes it’s easier to talk when you’re not sitting face to face. And sometimes, just being outside and around others can shift how you feel more than you expect.

We’ll be meeting at Hollingworth Lake in Littleborough, so you’ve got a nice open space to walk, breathe, and just be.

Come as you are, walk at your own pace, and take what you need from it.

Further details will be given upon booking.
