I built this membership because I believe everyone should be able to access wellness tools that can literally change their lives. Like it did mine — and my clients that work with me on a 1:1 basis.

What you need to know

A lot of it is myth

You might have a perception of meditation, coaching, and mentoring — but a lot of it is myth.

People often think meditation means sitting cross-legged for hours in silence, or that you have to completely switch your brain off. Truth is, it’s not about that at all. Meditation is simply about creating space in your mind, even if it’s just for two minutes while you close your eyes or take a mindful walk. And there are hundreds of different ways to do it, so there really is something for everyone.

Coaching also gets a bad rep sometimes. Some people think it’s only for those at rock bottom, but the truth is, if you’re at absolute rock bottom, coaching probably isn’t what you need first. You need to be in a place where you’re well enough to take action. Coaching works best when you know something needs to change, but you’re not sure how to make that shift or where to even start.

And mentoring? A lot of people think mentors have to have a perfect life or that asking for help makes you weak. But that’s not the case either. A mentor is someone who’s walked the path before you and can share what actually works. And asking for help? That’s one of the bravest things you can do.

Inside, you’ll learn there is something for everyone. I don’t plan a membership that is based on a one-size-fits-all. You don’t fit into a box, and neither do I.

I will meet you wherever you are at on your development path. If it’s all completely new to you, then the modules are designed to flow in a way that gives you the foundational base. From there you’ll stack your path, almost like one brick at a time so you never feel overwhelmed.

Hi, I'm Kelly-Marie

I used to really struggle with overwhelm, burnout, no boundaries, and losing myself in everyone else’s noise.

Until one day I hit a brick wall — I walked away from a 19-year relationship and a 13-year career in childcare. The last 3 years of that was running my own successful childminding business, which I actually loved… but enough was enough. Something had to change, because nobody was coming to save me.

I remember sitting on the floor with the children playing around me, and all I could think about was completely walking away from my life. I replayed it in my mind over and over — how it would feel, what it would look like, the calm I was craving.

Now I know I was manifesting, even when I didn’t realise it. The power of visualisation was my way of taking my power back, even then.

Today I coach and mentor others to slow down, rebuild their self-worth, and start living life on their terms instead of everyone else’s.

And that’s exactly what you’ll find inside Messy Growth Unfiltered — the tools, guidance, and tribe I wish I’d had when I was figuring it all out alone.

And through years of self-development and growth I can say I am happily in the same relationship I once walked away from. But it took us healing ourselves first, before coming back together in a new way.

i finally realised

these 3 things:

1. You can’t change happiness from the outside. No person, material thing, or amount of money will make you happy. Real happiness comes from loving yourself and recognising your worth first — everything else naturally falls into place. That’s when you start vibrating on a whole different level.

2. No one is coming to save you. You can have all the support, guidance, and well wishes in the world, but if you don’t take responsibility for your actions and make a change, nothing will change.

3. Work–life balance isn’t just a nice idea — it’s the foundation for everything. I learned this the hard way. Burnout taught me that constantly pouring into everyone else while running on empty myself was never going to end well.

When I stopped chasing happiness on the outside and started building balance on the inside, everything shifted. I rebuilt my new business and went down the wellness route where I finally found my flow.

Now I teach others how to slow down, live life at their own pace, and actually start enjoying it on their terms — not everyone else’s.

That’s what led me to holistic wellness coaching and personal development mentoring — helping people break the noise, break the cycles, and finally create a life that feels good from the inside out.

And that’s when I started to build Messy Growth Unfiltered Membership.
Because when I was figuring it all out, I had no guide. No one walking the path alongside me. Just me, myself, and I — and that can be a lonely place to be when you are on a journey of self-discovery.

How Much Does it cost?

I wanted to make this as accessible as possible, because I believe everyone deserves access to the tools that can change their life. That’s why the membership is only £35 per month — that’s about £1 a day for training videos, journal prompts, downloads, audios, mentoring/coaching sessions, and a whole tribe walking this path with you.

No big scary commitment. Just one step at a time, with me right there alongside you.

I’ve tried courses before and never finished them. What makes this different?

This isn’t a “watch a few videos and give up” kind of thing. It’s lived-it mentoring, real tools, and a community that keeps you showing up. You won’t be left on your own — I’m there alongside you, and the tribe has your back.

What if I fall off track?

Then you come back. That’s it. And that's real life. Growth is messy — some weeks you’ll feel on fire, others you won’t. Nothing inside here disappears as long as you are a member, and you’ll always have the Reset Room and community to help you pick it back up.

Do I have to share personal stuff in the group?

No. You share as much or as little as you like. Some people love opening up, others prefer to just take what they need quietly. There’s no pressure — it’s your journey.

What if I feel awkward on Zoom calls?

Totally normal. Most of us do at the start. You don’t even have to have your camera on — you can just listen in, take notes, and soak up the support. Or join in by typing in the chat.

I’m not “woo-woo.” Will I still get something out of this?

Yes. There are hundreds of ways to meditate, practice mindfulness, and journal. You don’t have to sit cross-legged and chant — unless you want to. This is about finding what works for you, not forcing you into a box.

How quickly will I see results?

That depends on you. Some people feel shifts within weeks, others take longer. What I can promise is if you commit to showing up, working through the modules and showing up for sessions things will change.

What if I decide it’s not for me?

Then you cancel. Simple as that. No hard feelings. You’ll know if this space is for you once you’ve stepped inside.

What’s the difference between mentoring and coaching?

Coaching is about guiding you to find your own answers. That’s why the monthly coaching sessions are there — to give you the space, the questions, and the accountability to move forward in your own way.

Mentoring is more about lived experience. That comes through in the modules, the Feel Good Friday Q&As, and the tools I share — I’ve walked this path myself, and I pass on what’s actually worked so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

And then there’s the Sunday Reset Room — which is a bit of both. It’s part coaching, part mentoring, part community. They all intertwine, so you’re never just getting one thing. You get the balance of both, depending on what you need in the moment.

Will this work if I don’t do the work?

The truth? No. If you don’t show up for yourself at all, nothing will change. I can give you the tools, guidance, and support, but I can’t make the shifts for you.

That said, even if you only dip your toe in at first, you’ll still benefit from being surrounded by a supportive community. Sometimes just being in the room — hearing the conversations, seeing others grow, and knowing you’re not alone — is what sparks the change. And when you’re ready to do the work, everything you need will already be waiting for you.

What if I don’t have time?

Let’s be honest — if you’re waiting for life to slow down before you start, you’ll be waiting forever. This membership is designed for real life, not some perfect schedule. Whether you’ve got 15 minutes a day, an hour a week, or you just dip into the Sunday Reset Room — you’ll still move forward.

The truth is, it’s not about finding the time, it’s about making the time for yourself. And part of this work is actually looking at where your energy is being drained — doom scrolling, hours of TV, constantly saying yes to everyone else. When you shift even a little of that energy back into yourself, you’ll be amazed at what changes.
