Working life can be exhausting in ways people don’t always talk about.
Whether you’re employed, self-employed, or running a small business, there’s often a quiet pressure to keep going, keep up, and figure everything out on your own. Planning, organising, admin, ideas, online bits — it can all pile up quickly, especially when you’re already juggling home life, family, and your own wellbeing.
I understand this from lived experience.
Running my own business over the past ten years has meant learning a lot as I go — setting things up, planning content, figuring out systems, and wearing all the hats that come with working for yourself. But it’s also taught me something just as important: balance doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from pacing yourself.
For a long time, I tried to fit everything in. Saying yes, stretching myself, and pushing through because that’s what felt expected.
What eventually changed things for me was learning how to plan in a way that respected my energy, set clearer boundaries with work and with other people, and allowed space for my own wellbeing alongside everything else.
That shift is what makes this kind of support possible for me now — and it’s also why I’m so passionate about offering it to others.
This support exists for those moments when work feels heavier than it needs to, and doing it alone is what’s making it harder. I’m at my best when I’m sitting alongside someone, helping them untangle what actually needs doing, breaking things down into manageable steps, and creating a bit of breathing space around work again.
There’s no hustle culture here. No pressure to perform. Just calm, practical support that meets you where you’re at — with realistic planning, clear boundaries, and space for your life outside of work too.
And yes — there’s usually a cup of tea and a few laughs involved.
When sessions end, I want you to feel clearer, lighter, and more grounded — like work has moved from something you’re carrying constantly to something you can approach in a way that actually works for you.
This support is practical, flexible, and shaped around your role, energy, and responsibilities.
This support may include:
-Sitting alongside you while you plan, organise, or reset your work
-Talking through ideas when your head feels full or scattered
-Breaking tasks down into smaller, manageable steps
-Body-doubling style support when motivation is low
-Helping you create simple routines or structures around work
-Supporting you to prioritise without overwhelm
Practical support with the basics may also include:
-Setting up or tidying social media pages
-Planning and scheduling simple content
-Creating or organising basic systems that support your work
-Helping you get started on tasks you’ve been avoiding
This is not consultancy or marketing strategy — it’s human, practical help with the everyday side of working life.
Work feels overwhelming or mentally draining
You’re juggling too much and don’t know where to start
You’re self-employed or running a small business and doing it all alone
You want support without pressure, judgement, or hustle
You’d feel better working alongside someone rather than pushing through solo
You don’t need to be “behind” or struggling to ask for support. Sometimes things just feel easier when you’re not doing them on your own.
Working life and small business support is offered on a flexible, short-term basis, rather than as an ongoing or fixed arrangement.
I don’t offer regular weekly slots, and sessions can be requested up to one month in advance, allowing space for both your working life and mine.
This support is collaborative. I’m happy to help guide, plan, and structure, as long as you’re involved and engaged at your own pace.
